What can they do
As standard all XDAs can open and edit files in the following applications-

Excel
Powerpoint
Since they run Windows Mobile you can also buy and install a range of compatible applications to suit your mobile needs including database, time management, travel routes and many more.
All the devices run Microsoft Mobile 5 which enables email connectivity to your office based Exchange 2003 server.
For smaller companies who don't have their own Exchange 2003 server 1st Solution can provide hosted mailboxes compatible with the devices which can also be opened from any internet connected PC via Outlook 2003 or a web browser.
Model key differentiators
The devices all offer a unique blend between performance and portability. Whilst the Exec is the least portable of the devices it has the largest screen, and keyboard for easier use and features more storage and faster processor to enable better document handling characteristics than the other devices.
The XDA Mini S is a half way house between the Exec and the IQ as it is not much bigger than a normal phone but still has a good sized screen and keyboard.
The IQ has the same weight and size characteristics as a normal mobile phone which means it can operate as a true phone replacement offering Exchange email and document handling. Its limitation is that text input is limited to normal phone "thumb and finger" entry.
